摘 要:卸载阶段的临时支撑拆除过程中会发生受力体系的转变,桁架部分会发生较大的内力重分布,因此卸载是钢结构施工过程中的重要部分.以邯郸市某体育中心项目为工程背景提出了两种卸载方案,分区域同步卸载法和间隔卸载法,采用数值模拟对两种方案进行受力分析确定卸载和监测方案,然后对卸载阶段进行应力位移监测,保证施工安全.通过两种方案对比分析最终选取间隔卸载法为最终施工方案,且监测数据显示,考虑温度影响后的计算值更加接近监测值,因此温度影响不能忽视.模拟值与监测值差值较小,总体上吻合程度高,验证了施工方案的安全性和模型建立的正确性.While the temporary support in the unloading stage is dismantled,the force system will change,and the truss will have a large internal force redistribution.Therefore,unloading is an important part in construction process of steel structure.Taking a sports center project in Handan City as the engineering background,two unloading schemes were proposed,namely the synchronous offloading by area method and the interval unloading method.Numerical simulation was conducted to analyze the structural behavior of the two schemes to determine the unloading and monitoring schemes.Then stress and displacement monitoring was carried out during the unloading stage to ensure construction safety.Through the comparison and analysis of the two schemes,the interval unloading method is selected as the final construction scheme,and the monitoring data shows that the calculated value after considering the temperature effect is closer to the monitoring value,so the temperature effect cannot be ignored.The difference between the simulated value and the monitoring value is small.The safety of the construction scheme and the correctness of the model are verified.
