摘 要:以安平县文化体育活动中心屋顶钢结构为工程背景,从提升点布置、提升平台设计等方面介绍了该工程的整体提升方案.通过对中心网架、提升平台布置测点进行监测,探讨了提升过程中的内力波动规律,分析了内力波动的原因;对施工过程中结构的温度效应进行了研究,支座安装后,温度变化1℃引起的应力变化量相对于支座安装前增大两倍左右;提出了波动系数和安全系数,分别用于表征内力波动幅度和内力增大的幅度,建议在方案设计阶段采用增大荷载效应的方法考虑内力增大的影响,即建议考虑1.5的安全系数.Taking the steel roof of cultural and sports center in Anping as project background,this paper introduces the overall lifting scheme of the project from the aspects of lifting point arrangement and lifting platform design.By monitoring the measuring points arranged in the central grid frame and lifting platform,the law of internal force fluctuation during the lifting process is discussed,and the reason of internal force fluctuation is analyzed.The temperature effect of the structure is studied.After the bearing is installed,the stress change caused by temperature change of 1℃ increases about twice as much as before the bearing is installed.The fluctuation coefficient and safety factor are put forward,which are used to represent the amplitude of the internal force fluctuation and the amplitude of the increase of the internal force,respectively.It is suggested that the method of increasing load effect should be adopted to consider the effect of increasing internal force in the design stage.The safety factor of 1.5 is also recommended.
