摘  要:为突破传统设计中节点连接只能假定为刚接或铰接的局限性,对大跨度机库球管大门桁架节点转动刚度进行了有限元参数分析和计算公式回归.有限元参数化分析结果表明:杆件内力、腹杆布置形式对节点转动刚度影响较小;弦杆直径、空心球直径对于节点转动刚度影响较大,弦杆壁厚、空心球壁厚对焊接球节点转动刚度影响较小;弦杆直径、弦杆壁厚对于贯穿球节点转动刚度影响较大,空心球壁厚和直径对贯穿球节点转动刚度影响较小.通过线性回归推导的节点转动刚度公式可供工程设计参考.采用半刚性设计方法能够更准确把握杆件次弯矩,减小次弯矩对球管桁架设计的影响,扩大球管桁架的应用范围.In order to break through the limitations of traditional design,the finite element method was used to analyze the rotational rigidity of the ball-tube joint in gate truss for long-span hanger.The finite element parametric analysis was carried out and the regression formula for the rotation stiffness of the joint was proposed.Results show that the member axial force and the layout of the web member have minor effect on the rotation stiffness.The diameters of the chord and the hollow ball have a great influence on the rotation stiffness of the welded ball joint,while the wall thicknesses of the chord and the hollow ball have little effect.The diameter and the wall thickness of the chord have a great influence on the rotation stiffness of the chord through ball joint,while the wall thickness and the diameter of the hollow ball have little effect.The formula for the rotation stiffness of the joint derived by linear regression can be referred in engineering design.The semi-rigid design method can accurately catch the secondary bending moment in the design of the ball-tube truss,expanding the application of the ball-tube truss.
