摘  要:为探讨网架结构中螺栓球节点在地震灾害下的超低周疲劳性能,设计了一组螺栓球与圆钢管组合试件模型,对其进行大位移加载制度下的轴向往复试验.获得了试件的滞回曲线、骨架曲线、耗能性能和刚度退化等抗震性能.结果表明:试件的破坏均发生在中间螺栓球节点的高强度螺栓有无螺纹分界处,其破坏经历了弯曲、开裂、裂纹扩展和突然断裂的破坏过程;滞回曲线“捏缩”显著,耗能性能较差;进入塑性后材料累积损伤严重,承载力和刚度退化较快;连接破坏为超低周疲劳破坏,疲劳寿命在10次以内.In order to study the ultra-low cycle fatigue performance of the bolt ball joints in grid structures under earthquake,a composite specimen of bolt ball and round steel tube was designed,and an axial cyclic test was carried out under the large displacement loading system.Assessment on seismic performances such as hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,energy dissipation performance,stiffness degradation and so on was obtained.Results show that the failure of tested specimens occurs at the boundary between the threaded and non-threaded high-strength bolts of the middle bolt ball joint.Those failed specimens have experienced the failure process of bending,cracking,crack propagation to sudden fracture.The hysteresis curve“shrinks”significantly,and the energy dissipation performance is poor.The cumulative damage of the material after entering plastic is serious,and the bearing capacity and stiffness degrade faster.The connection failure is ultra-low cycle fatigue failure,and the fatigue life is within 10 times.
