摘　　要：针对山东某金矿精矿输送系统存在的问题,通过理论计算,进行了泵池设计、泵及管路选型,结合消泡措施改进,将有效解决管路易堵塞问题,同时减少矿浆输送能耗,节约了系统维护成本,对同类设计具有借鉴意义。For the problems in gold concentrate transportation of a gold mine in Shandong Province, design of pump tanks and selection of pumps and related pipelines are conducted through theoretical calculation. Combined with defoaming measures, the problem of pipeline blockage can be effectively solved, the energy consumption of slurry transportation can be reduced at the same time and the maintenance cost of the system is saved, which has reference significance for similar designs.
