摘 要:动臂塔式起重机在变幅下降工况中,吊钩和动臂处于负值负载工况,下降的重力势能很大程度上消耗在平衡阀。平衡阀消耗的势能产生有害热量,使得液压回路油液的温度升高,这些下降的势能也被损耗,对液压回路的动态特性有不利影响。本文在原机构马达钢丝绳变幅工作原理基础上,新增辅助液压缸,利用多级蓄能器储存下降工况势能。能量不再被平衡阀消耗掉,大部分存入蓄能器,再释放到其他机构辅助工作。借助AMESim建模仿真,证明了辅助液压缸系统回收能量的可行性。When boom tower crane is in luffing down condition, hook and boom are in negative load condition. The falling gravitational potential energy is largely consumed by the balance valve. The potential energy consumed by the balance valve generates harmful heat,which increases the temperature of the hydraulic loop oil. This falling potential energy is also lost, adversely affecting the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic circuit.In this article, auxiliary hydraulic cylinders and multistage accumulators are added to store potential energy in descending conditions based on the original mechanism motor wire rope looping principle. Most of the energy is stored in the accumulator and released to other mechanisms to assist the work rather than being consumed by the balancing valve. The feasibility of energy recovery of auxiliary hydraulic cylinder system is proved by Joint modeling and simulation of AMESim and Adams.
