摘　　要：长输管线压缩机是天然气输送的核心设备,本文研究了长输管线压缩机的本体结构,开发了长输管线压缩机的专用模型级,设计了长输管线压缩机本体,计算了压缩机转子的稳定性、一二阶临界转速,分析了叶轮、机壳、端盖、卡环的强度,绘制了压缩机性能曲线,成功研制了20WM级西气东输国产化首台套长输管线压缩机,经国家能源局鉴定其性能指标达到国际先进水平。Long distance pipeline compressor is the core of the gas equipment, this paper studies the structure of long distance pipeline compressor body, the development of long distance pipeline compressor level model, the design of long distance pipeline compressor ontology, calculate the stability of compressor rotor, a second order critical speed, the analysis of the impeller and casing,, end cover, the strength of the snap ring, mapped the compressor performance curve, It has successfully developed the first home-made 20WM long distance pipeline compressor for west-to-East gas transmission, and its performance indexes have reached the international advanced level identified by the National Energy Administration.
