健全法制、维护侨益致公党中央推动《华侨权益保护法》立法工作综述

摘　　要：近年来,致公党中央积极履职建言,通过两会提案、社情民意信息、直通车等方式反映海外侨胞意见建议,积极维护华侨合法权益。在此基础上,致公党中央立足工作实际,深入实地进行调研,形成多篇建议报送相关决策部门,全方位、多层次地推动《华侨权益保护法》立法工作,为健全侨务法律体系,依法维护侨益做了大量工作。In recent years,the Central Committee of China Zhi Gong Party has actively performed its duties and made suggestions,reflected the opinions and suggestions of overseas Chinese through the proposals of the two sessions,information on social conditions and public opinions,and through trains,and actively safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of overseas Chinese.On this basis,the Central Committee of China Zhi Gong Party,based on the actual work,conducted in-depth field research,formed a number of suggestions and submitted them to relevant decision-making departments,which promoted the legislation of The Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Overseas Chinese in an all-round and multi-level manner,and did a lot of work to improve the legal system of overseas Chinese affairs and protect the interests of overseas Chinese in accordance with the law.
