摘  要:本文分析了防爆液力自动换档系统的特点和功能,结合防爆液力传动车辆的运行环境特点和作业方式,对其传动系统控制策略进行分析。以节气门开度、变矩器涡轮及泵轮转速三个参数建立数据模型,提出同时兼顾最佳动力性换档特性和最佳经济性换档特性的换档策略。通过台架试验表明,该方法在一定环境内,能够根据人员驾驶的意图以及车辆行驶的实际工况,实现车辆档位的自动切换,具有较好的换档品质。This paper analyzes the characteristics and functions of the explosion-proof hydraulic automatic shifting system. Combined with the operating environment characteristics and operation mode of the explosion-proof hydraulic transmission vehicle, the transmission system control strategy is analyzed. The data model was established with three parameters : throttle opening, torque converter turbine and pump wheel speed. Then proposed a shifting strategy that combines the best dynamic shifting characteristics with the best economical shifting characteristics. Through the bench test, the method can automatically switch the vehicle gear according to the intention of the per son driving and the actual working condition of the vehicle in a certain environment, which has better shifting quality.
