摘  要:发动机飞轮壳在使用10h左右,发现在三个螺纹孔处开裂。通过一系列的检测分析,结果表明:飞轮壳螺纹孔开裂原因主要是螺纹孔处存在疏松、夹杂物缺陷和飞轮壳本身存在金相组织变质异常缺陷,缺陷割裂基体,破坏基体的连续性,极大降低了其承载能力;飞轮壳上安装着增压器、起动电机、脉冲座等部件,发动机起动后又产生振动等应力,由于飞轮壳本身缺陷的存在及外部应力叠加的作用很快导致在最薄弱的的螺纹孔处发生开裂。The engine flywheel shell cracked in shree threaded holes about 10 hours after use.Though a series of testing and analysis, the results show that the main reasons for the crack of the thread holes of the flywheel shell are the loose thread holes, inclusion defects and abnormal deformation of the microstructure of the flywheel shell itself. The defects crack the matrix, destroy the continuity of the matrix and greatly reduce the bearing capacity of the flywheel shell.The flywheel is first installed with supercharger, starting motor, pulse seat components, and the engine starts and produces vibration stress, due to the existenc of the flywheel shell itself defects and external stress superposition effect soon lead to crack in the weakest thread hole.
