摘  要:液环式真空泵为电厂真空系统重要设备,其可靠性直接影响机组安全运行及热力系统经济性。佶缔纳士AT3004系列真空泵膨胀端轴承室与轴承外圈间隙配合,易产生相对旋转运动并导致轴承室磨损,转子失去定位尺寸后,与泵体动静碰磨。对AT3004系列真空泵膨胀端轴承室设计进行优化,解决其运行磨损问题,为同类型液环式真空泵的设计及轴承室优化提供借鉴及参考作用。Liquid ring vacuum pump is an important equipment of vacuum system in power plant. Its reliability directly affects the safe operation of the unit and the econo my of the thermal system. Expansion end bearing chamber and bearing outer race is clearance fit in AT3004 series vacuum pump.It can easily produce relative rotation motion and cause abrasion in bearing chamber, finally dynamic and static rubbing on rotor and pump body. Optimization of bear ing chamber design for this series vacuum pump can solve the wear problem.It provides reference for the design of the same type of liquid ring vacuum pump and the optimization of bearing chamber.
