摘  要:针对限定产品结构及滤网阻力的空气净化器,调整其前倾式叶轮的卷角和出口角的角度,采用计算机仿真技术加以辅助设计,结合试验测试装有不同参数叶轮的空气净化器的性能指标,可以综合验证并分析出离心风机叶轮叶片的关键角度设计参数对空气净化器的CADR值、功率值、噪音值及能效的影响趋势,以达到优化空气净化器性能的目的。研究结果表明:针对某品牌空气净化器,当叶轮的入口角不变的情况下,卷角在0.2°-2.95°以内逐渐增加,出口角在55°-28°以内逐渐减小时,空气净化器出风口风量逐步提升,同时非稳态出风噪音逐渐减小,风声听感越舒适。The air purifier with limited product structure and filter screen resistance has been adjusted the roll angle and outlet angle of the forward-inclined impeller. And by using the computer simulation technology to assist the design, and combining with the tested and verified performance indicators of air purifiers equipped with the different parameters of impellers, it comprehensively verified and analyzed the influence trend of the key angle design parameters of the centrifugal fan impeller on the CADR value, power value, noise value and energy efficiency of the air purifier. So as to achieve the purpose of optimizing the performance of the air purifier. The research results show that :for a brand of air purifier, when the inlet angle of the impeller remains unchanged, the roll angle gradually increases within 0.2°-2.95°,and when the outlet angle gradually decreases within 55°-28°, the air volume at the air purifier outlet gradually increases, at the same time,the unsteady wind noise would be gradually reduced, so that the wind sound had been sounds more comfortable.
