摘　　要：通过文献调研、实地走访调研及座谈调研等方式系统地分析了“十三五”期间工信部发布的1批《节能机电设备(产品)推荐目录》、4批《国家工业节能技术装备推荐目录》和5批《“能效之星”产品目录》的遴选、推广情况,根据调研数据从促进节能装备产业发展、提升节能技术进步、推进节能减排任务完成等方面总结了这几批《目录》的推广成效,针对《目录》遴选、推广过程中存在的技术产品征集周期短、宣传推广力度不足、配套政策落实较少、产品的监管还未落实等方面存在的问题,提出了扩大《目录》发布范围开展常态化发布、延长《目录》征集的时间周期、创新推广模式、强化节能技术装备推广的政策扶持、加强节能装备的监督管理机制等政策建议。After analyzing the promotion process of 1 series of "energy saving electronic equipment(products) catalogue", 4 series of "national industrial energy-saving technology and equipment catalogue" and 5 series of "energy-efficiency star" published by the MIIT during the "13th Five Year Plan", summarized the popularization effects of these catalogue in technical improvement and industrial development aspect.Problems such as collection period are pressed for time, insufficient publicity and promotion, lack of supporting policies are exposed.Suggestion such as extend the catalogue range, expand the collection period of catalogue, innovate the promotion mode and strengthen the policy support for the promotion of energy-saving technology and equipment are put forward.
