摘  要:某大型厂房项目屋面结构为大跨度连跨双层正放四角锥屋面钢网架结构(以下简称屋面双层钢网架结构),主要对“分区不等位整体多段提升”步骤中“分区网架整体离地”控制的步骤、方法进行描述,此过程是屋面双层钢网架受力状态变化最大的步骤,亦是提升设备、提升路径等受力状态变化最大的步骤,该步骤是整体施工中风险最大分控项之一,结合已确定提升工况模型,经计算机仿真模拟分析,确定各提升点阶段性加载数值,拟定“脱胎”“离地”数值,设定、确立从“提升应力控制”到“提升位移控制”的控制方法,最终在确保结构安全和整体施工安全的前提下实现“分区网架整体离地”的工况,使得下一步施工顺利进行。The roof structure of a large plant project is wide and multi-span double-layer square pyramid roof steel grid structure(shortened as roof double-layer grid structure).This paper mainly described the steps and method for divided grid integral lifting control during divided uneven integral lifting construction.This is a construction step where the roof double-layer grid,lifting equipment and lifting route have the maximum force variation,and it is also one of the control points having the highest construction risk.Based on determined lifting model and simulative analysis,this paper determined periodical loading value of each lifting point to simulate the releasing and lifting values,to set and determine the control method from lifting stress control to lifting displacement control.Structural safety and construction safety were guaranteed and the divided integral lifting was finally realized,ensuring smooth construction of following steps..
