超高多层构架梁支撑与防护一体化模架技术研究

摘　　要：通过采用承插式盘扣脚手架及其配套的构件,合理进行标高调整、设置防护栏杆、上人马道,较好地完成了屋面构架施工任务,在确保了施工安全的前提下,施工工期及施工成本均得到很好的控制。模架选型、模架设计、构造设计、安全防护及上人马道等细部设计的成功实践,为类似超高多层混凝土构架梁模架施工起到一定的借鉴作用,有很好的推广意义。Through the use of socket type tray buckle scaffold and its supporting components,reasonable elevation adjustment, setting up protective railing, on the horse path, a good completion of the roof frame construction task, in the premise of ensuring the safety of construction, construction period and construction costs have been well controlled. The successful practice of formwork selection,formwork design, structure design, safety protection and pedestrian path design in this paper can be used as a reference for the formwork construction of similar super-high multi-storey concrete frame beams, and it has a good promotion significance.
