摘 要:以某干煤棚为例,对桁架滑移过程中滑移轨道、滑移动力与不同步顶推滑移进行设计与验证。结果表明,滑移方案具有可行性与安全性。拉索张拉采用超张拉法施工,确定出各拉索超张拉值,验证了拉索超张拉施工可保证桁架监测点竖向位移与架单元应力满足要求,阐述了桁架卸载时支座构造与加固措施,可为类似工程提供借鉴。This paper took a dry coal shed as an example to design and verify sliding track,sliding force and asynchronous jacking sliding in truss sliding construction. It was found that the sliding scheme is feasible and safe. Over-stretching method was adopted to determine the over-stretching values of each cable, verify that over-stretching construction could guarantee acceptable longitudinal displacement and unit stress at monitoring point. Base structure and reinforcement measures for truss dismantlement were introduced to provide references for similar projects.
