摘  要:对甲基丙二酸二乙酯的合成工艺进行了工业化研究,采用新的工艺路线,以2-氯乙酸为起始原料,经成盐、氰化、水解和酯化过程制备甲基丙二酸二乙酯,各反应单元均连续化进行,中间体不需进行精制直接用于下步反应,减少了中间体处理环节,反应总收率达70%以上,含量超过99%。The synthesis process of diethyl methylmalonate was industrialized.A new process route was adopted,2-chloroacetic acid was used as the starting material,and methylmalonate was prepared through the processes of salt formation,cyanation,hydrolysis and esterification.Diethyl acid,each reaction unit is carried out continuously,the intermediate does not need to be purified and directly used in the next step reaction,which reduces the intermediate processing link,the total reaction yield is over 70%,and the content exceeds 99%.
