含磷化合物中总磷的分析测定研究

摘  要:磷的化合物有有机磷化合物、无机磷化合物。在总磷的测定中,有机磷化合物是无法直接与喹钼柠酮生成沉淀的,必须转化为无机磷化合物正磷酸,才能与喹钼柠酮生成沉淀。因此在有些产品的测定中需要加过硫酸钾将有机磷化合物、无机磷化合物全部转化为无机磷正磷酸,然后正磷酸与喹钼柠酮反应生成沉淀。比如阻垢剂中总磷的测定,是先采用过硫酸钾进行消解,然后加入硝酸酸化,喹钼柠酮沉淀等的步骤。由于不懂原理,看似复杂,其实通过与其它的产品来进行对比,进行步骤的简化,会发现其实很简单。本文通过磷酸三钠、磷酸二氢铵等产品,与阻垢剂、HEDP等产品的磷的测定进行对比,分析规律,来与大家一起探讨掌握原理的方法。Phosphorus compounds are organic phosphorus compounds,inorganic phosphorus compounds. In the determination of total phosphorus,the organic phosphorus compound can not be directly precipitated with Quinmolybdenone,but must be converted into inorganic phosphorus compound orthophosphoric acid to precipitate with quinmolybdenone.Therefore,in the determination of some products need to add potassium persulfate to organic phosphorus compounds,inorganic phosphorus compounds all into inorganic phosphorus orthophosphoric acid, then orthophosphoric acid and quinolylaminone reaction to form precipitation. For example,the determination of total phosphorus in scale inhibitor,is the first use of potassium persulfate digestion,and then add nitric acid,quinmolybdenone precipitation steps.Because do not understand the principle,seemingly complex,in fact,by contrast with other products,the simplification of the steps,will find that it is very simple. In this paper,by comparing the determination of phosphorus in products such as trisodium phosphate,ammonium dihydrogen phosphate,scale inhibitor,HEDP and so on,and analyzing the law,we will discuss the method of grasping the principle together.
