摘  要:背景:目前复混肥料中的钾含量的测定依据国家标准规定的方法是通过沸水提取肥料样品中水溶性的钾。实验过程中沸水提取过程需要30 min,然后冷却至室温后,进行转移定容过滤等步骤。整个前期试液处理过程耗时长至少需要1 h。方法:超声波法是利用超声波的空化效应,使液体微粒间发生高速激烈碰撞,快速地将样品中的水溶性钾从样品中分离溶解于水中。结果:超声提取法室温条件下提取时间只需5~8 min,且不需要冷却。结论:该方法与沸水提取方法相比大大缩短了检测时间,同时具有良好的重现性,适合于大批量样品的检测。Background:At present,the determination method of potassium content in compound fertilizer is to extract water-soluble potassium from fertilizer samples by boiling water according to national standards.During the experiment,boiling water extraction takes 30 min,and then after cooling to room temperature,transfer and constant volume filtration are carried out.The whole preliminary test process takes at least 1 h.Methods:Ultrasonic method is to use the cavitation effect of ultrasonic to make the liquid particles collide with each other at high speed,and to quickly separate the water-soluble potassium from the sample and dissolve it in water.Results:The extraction time of ultrasonic extraction at room temperature was only 5~8 min,and no cooling was needed.Conclusion:Compared with boiling water extraction method,this method can greatly shorten the detection time,and has good reproducibility,which is suitable for the detection of large quantities of samples.
