摘　　要：客户对任何产品的第一印象,通常是来自外观,因此胶衣的喷涂是玻璃钢制造的最关键工序之一。合理胶衣喷涂对生产具有装饰美观性及耐用复合材料部件是至关重要的。主要针对胶衣通过喷涂前、中和后期应注意的事项以及常见问题的解决办法,以获得高品质的玻璃钢制品表面,以达到客户的满意。The customer’s first impression of any product usually comes from the appearance,so the spraying of gel coat is one of the most critical processes in glass fiber reinforced plastic manufacturing.Making better gel coat surface as much as possible is the most direct way to improve the quality.Reasonable gel coat spraying is crucial to the production of composite components with decorative aesthetics and durability.This article mainly aims at the matters needing attention before,during and after the gel coat is sprayed,so as to obtain the surface of high-quality glass fiber reinforced plastic products and achieve customer satisfaction.
