摘 要:使用助剂修饰法制备了氮化碳载铬催化剂,利用多种表征技术对催化剂物理化学特性进行测试,并考察其催化氧化NO的性能。结果表明,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和H_(2)O_(2)同时加入的氮化碳载铬催化剂的脱硝性能最佳,在350℃时NO转化率高达75.6%。PVP和H_(2)O_(2)共同作用使活性组分高度分散,且比表面积增大。助剂修饰后的催化剂具有更多Cr(Ⅵ)和表面吸附氧含量,且保持较好的脱硝稳定性,因此助剂修饰能提升氮化碳载铬催化剂的脱硝性能。The carbon nitride-supported chromium catalysts were prepared by the additive modification method.The physical and chemical properties of the catalysts were analyzed by multiple characterization methods,and then investigated the catalytic performance of NO oxidation.The results showed that the carbon nitride-supported chromium catalysts with polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)and H_(2)O_(2) was optimal,and its denitration efficiency was up to 75.6%at 350℃.PVP and H_(2)O_(2) worked together to highly disperse the active components and increase the specific surface area.The optimal catalyst was rich in Cr(Ⅵ)and surface adsorbed oxygen content,which maintained good denitration stability.Therefore,additive modification improved the denitration performance of the carbon nitride-supported chromium catalysts.
