摘 要:为探讨小水电梯级开发对河流生态环境的综合影响,建立了小水电梯级开发的生态环境承载力模型,计算了典型小水电梯级开发的秋香江生态环境承载力,通过历史和现状的对比分析主要影响因子。建立的模型综合考虑了水文情势、岸带陆域生态、水域生态3个系统层,秋香江小水电梯级开发对水域生态和水文情势的影响较大,沿岸社会经济发展、人口增长与水电梯级开发共同作用造成的水质污染是影响水域生态的重要原因,同时小水电梯级开发对河道造成阻隔,对鱼类资源的影响较大,对于流量虽有影响但仍能满足生态流量。To explore the comprehensive impacts of small cascaded hydropower plants development on the eco-environment of rivers,this paper established an eco-environmental carrying capacity model and calculated the eco-environmental carrying capacity for the Qiuxiangjiang River,which was a typical river with small cascaded hydropower plants developed.The main impact factors were analyzed through comparison between the history and status.The established model included three system layers:hydrological regime,bank land ecology and water ecology.The small cascaded hydropower plants development in Qiuxiangjiang River had significant impact on water ecology and hydrological regime.Water pollution caused by social-economic development,population expanding and hydropower plants development was the vital factor to impact water ecology.At the same time,obstruct impacted fish resources greatly.Flux was also impacted by obstruct,but it still met ecological flux.
