摘  要:采用紫外—可见吸收光谱和三维荧光光谱结合平行因子法(PARAFAC)研究淮河中游枯水期水体中溶解性有机质(DOM)的含量与构成分布特征。结果表明:霍邱县、潘集区(PJ)和怀远县水体中磷主要以颗粒态存在,所有研究区域氮素以总溶解性氮为主;PARAFAC模型解析出3个有意义的化学组分(类富里酸、陆源类胡敏酸(C2)和类色氨酸);PJ由于光伏板覆盖水面削弱了水体的光化学氧化作用,C2相对丰度与荧光强度显著高于其他区域(P<0.05,LSD),且DOM分子量、腐殖化程度和疏水性也远高于其他区域(P<0.05,LSD)。The methods of ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy and excitation-emission matrix spectroscopy combined with parallel factor analysis(PARAFAC)were used to analyze the change of dissolved organic matter(DOM)content and composition of water bodies in the middle reaches of Huai River during the dry season.The results indicated that phosphorus mainly existed in granular form in Huoqiu County,Panji District(PJ)and Huaiyuan County.The total dissolved nitrogen was the main nitrogen form in all regions.Three chemical compositions included fulvic-like,components terrestrial humic-like(C2)and tryptophan-like components were analyzed by the PARAFAC model.The photochemical oxidation of water was weakened by a large area of photovoltaic panels covering the water surface in PJ.The relative abundance and fluorescence intensity of C2 in PJ were significantly higher than those in other regions(P<0.05,LSD),and the molecular weight,humification,and hydrophobicity of DOM were higher than those in other regions(P<0.05,LSD).
