摘　　要：发动机试车智能测试系统是在地面模拟航空发动机运行环境,并对其加以测试的专用装置。针对现有的试车系统存在运营成本高、维护成本高、智能化程度低、适应性差等问题,设计了一款可用于测试多型号发动机的地面试车系统,其主要由试车固定架、燃油储存与供应装置、数据采集与监控组件、仪表系统系统、控制系统和显示装置组成,通过控制组件对整机的机电部件实现自动化控制,智能监控装置对各项试车参数的监控和可视化。The intelligent test system for engine commissioning is a special device that simulates the operating environment of aero-engine on the ground and tests it.Aiming at the problems of high operating cost,high maintenance cost,low intelligence and poor adaptability of the existing test system,a ground test system that can be used to test multiple types of engines is designed.It is composed of supply device,data acquisition and monitoring components,instrument system system,control system and display device.The control components realize automatic control of the electromechanical components of the whole machine,and the intelligent monitoring device monitors and visualizes various test parameters.
