基于Inventor的虚拟装配与拆装仿真动画的实现--以双缸卧式发动机装置为例

摘　　要：在当下技术的影响下,科学技术、计算机技术、软件技术等都与我们日常生活、工作息息相关,也得到了广泛的应用,使得人们的工作效率以及工作质量得到很好的提升。本文通过分析了双缸卧式发动机装置机构组成、三维实体建模和虚拟装配,并详细介绍了虚拟拆装动画制作过程,以其对其他用Inventor设计总成的虚拟拆装动画制作具有一定的借鉴意义,在Inventor环境下完成双缸卧式发动机装置的零部件三维实体建模、虚拟装配和拆装动画制作,可为产品开发提供可靠的前提条件。Under the influence of current technology,science and technology,computer technology,software technology,etc.are closely related to our daily life and work,and have been widely used,which has greatly improved people's work efficiency and work quality.This paper analyzes the mechanism composition,3D solid modeling and virtual assembly of the two-cylinder horizontal engine,and introduces the production process of virtual disassembly animation in detail,which has certain advantages for other virtual disassembly animation production using Inventor design assembly.For reference,completing the 3D solid modeling,virtual assembly and disassembly animation of the components of the two-cylinder horizontal engine device in the Inventor environment can provide reliable preconditions for product development.
