摘  要:文章探究引导时间限制是否导致重新优化与思考供应链的库存定位以及是否会影响供应链本身的设计,试图将提前期限制纳入到多级供应链设计模型,并在同一模型中将长期决策中的设施选址、供应商选择与中期决策的库存配置补货、交货时间相结合。模型确保每个客户订单相关的报价提前期以及任何一对连续订单之间供应链的不同阶段中不同库存的补货,研究报价提前期和客户订单频率对供应链设计决策和成本的影响。研究结果表明,提前期限制在成本较高的情况下可能导致制造和分销地点靠近需求区,并选择当地供应商。This article explores whether lead-time constraints lead to a re-optimization and rethinking of inventory positioning in the supply chain and whether affects the design of the supply chain itself.This study attempts to incorporate lead time constraints into a multi-level supply chain design model and to combine facility location and supplier selection for long-term decisions with inventory allocation replenishment and lead time for mid-term decisions in the same model.The model ensures the quoted lead time associated with each customer order and the replenishment of different inventories in different stages of the supply chain between any pair of consecutive orders.The model is used to investigate the impact of quote lead time and customer order frequency on supply chain design decisions and costs.The results of the study suggest that lead time constraints may lead to manufacturing and distribution locations close to the demand area and the selection of local suppliers when costs are high.
