摘 要:盾构直接掘进含孤石地层过程中刀盘刀具承受循环偏载、应力集中等非均布反作用力,加剧了刀盘刀具的振动损伤。由于实际工程中无法测取刀盘刀具振动数据,刀盘刀具振动规律研究成果较少。针对上述问题,通过室内相似模型试验(包括计算相似比尺、配制相似材料、布设传感器等)研究盾构直接掘进含孤石地层的刀盘刀具振动特性。由试验数据可得:盾构直接掘进含孤石地层时,围岩振动频率为0~5Hz,属于低频振动;刀盘不同位置的径向、轴向振动加速度值随刀盘转速增大而增大,环向振动加速度值变化不大;刀盘不同位置的振动加速度值与刀盘结构关系密切,结构刚度越大,振动加速度越小,因此盾构刀盘设计中宜根据地层软硬不均程度调整刀盘结构刚度。试验成果揭示了盾构直接掘进含孤石地层的刀盘刀具振动规律,为刀盘刀具结构针对性设计提供了重要依据。The vibration damage of the cutter head and cutters were aggravated by the uneven distribution reaction force, such as the cyclic bias load and stress concentration while shield machine directly constructing the strata containing isolated stones. Because the vibration data of the cutter head and cutters can’t be measured in the project, the research results of the vibration law of the cutter head and cutters are few. In response to the above questions, the vibration characteristics of the cutter head and cutters for shield tunneling directly containing isolated rocks are studied by laboratory similarity model tests, including calculation of similarity scale, preparation of similar materials and installation of sensors. Research shows that: when shield machine directly construct the strata containing isolated stones, the vibration frequency of the strata is 0~5 Hz. The vibration acceleration values in the radial and digging directions at different positions of the cutter increase with the increase of the cutter speed, while the vibration acceleration values in the circumferential direction do not change much. The vibration acceleration value at different positions of the cutter is closely related to the structure of the cutter, the greater the structural stiffness, the smaller the vibration acceleration. The research results reveal the vibration rule of cutters in shield tunneling stratum containing isolated stones, and provide theoretical support for the targeted design of cutters’ structure.
