长株潭城际铁路公交化运营创新策略

摘　　要：针对长株潭城际铁路目前存在的开行方案不合理、购票乘车不方便、候车时间过长、设备设施功能布局需进一步优化等问题,对该铁路的运营现状进行了分析;提出多方协调联动、突破传统票制、灵活运用开行方案、优化客运组织、合理布局设备等城际铁路公交化运营策略,以更好地满足旅客的出行需求,进一步促进长株潭都市圈的联动与发展。In view of the problems of unreasonable train operation,inconvenient ticket purchase,long waiting time further optimization of equipment and facilities function layout on the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Intercity Railway,the current operation situation of the railway is analyzed.Intercity railway public transport operation strategies including adopting multi-party synergetic coordination,making break through on the conventional ticket system,formulating flexible operation plans,optimizing passenger transport organization,developing reasonable layout of equipment are put forward,so as to better meet the travel needs of intercity passengers further promote the linkage and development of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan metropolitan agglomeration.
