摘　　要：老旧社区街道是居民生活的重要载体,也是众多社区问题集中体现的地方,近年成为老旧社区改造更新的焦点。文章以长沙市广厦新村社区为例,通过实地调研和访谈,明确现有街道交通和环境设施存在的问题,采用语义差异法(SD法)和行为记录法,探析居民街道空间感知和行为特征,并分别从交通改善、环境提升和活动营建维度提出相应的更新策略,为我国老旧社区街道更新提供理论和技术参考。Old community streets are the space carrier of residents’public life,where many community problems are concentrated.Therefore,they have become the focus of the renewal of old communities.Taking Guangsha new village community in Changsha as an example.Firstly,field trips and interviews were conducted to clarify the existing problems of street traffic and environmental facilities,and then the semantic difference(SD)method and behavioral recording method were used to analyze the spatial perception and behavioral characteristics of residents’streets.Then,corresponding update strategies are proposed from the dimensions of traffic improvement,environmental improvement and activity construction,which provide theoretical and technical references for the renewal of streets in old communities in China.
