基于韧性理论的老旧社区公共空间优化策略——以济南曲水亭街社区为例

摘　　要：老旧社区公共安全问题突出、脆弱性强,在应对安全事件时有一定的局限性。文章以济南曲水亭街社区为例,基于韧性理论,从公共活动空间、绿化空间、道路空间等方面进行调研分析;同时,依据空间句法理论和Depthmap软件,分析社区公共空间的整合度、可理解度和协同度,从而对公共空间进行定量分析;并根据分析结果与实地调研情况,提出韧性理论下老旧社区公共空间的优化策略,为推动老旧社区公共空间的韧性提升提供参考。In old communities with prominent public security problems and strong vulnerability,and there are certain limitations in dealing with security incidents.Taking Jinan Qushuiting Street community as an example,this paper investigated and analyzed the research scope from three aspects of public activity space,green space and road space based on resilience theory,and analyzed the integration degree,comprehensibility and coordination degree of community public space based on space syntax theory and Depthmap software,and conducted quantitative analysis of public space.Based on the analysis results and field investigation,the optimization strategy of public space in old communities under the resilience theory is proposed to provide reference for promoting the resilience improvement of public space in old communities.
