湿润烧伤膏在分娩会阴侧切术后切口护理的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:分析湿润烧伤膏在分娩会阴侧切术后切口护理的应用价值。方法:2019年1月至2020年1月住院患者中挑选90例接受会阴侧切自然分娩的产妇进行了对比观察。将产妇随机分为对照组与观察组,两组患者人数分别为45例。对照组产妇术后实施了碘伏换药护理,观察组产妇则实施了湿润烧伤膏换药护理。对比两组产妇会阴侧切口的肿痛、创面愈合、术后6个月切口瘢痕以及护理满意度。结果:接受了湿润烧伤膏换药护理的观察组产妇的切口肿痛、创面愈合、术后6个月切口瘢痕及护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:研究表明,将湿润烧伤膏运用于会阴侧切切口的换药护理,可明显减轻产妇的切口肿痛促进创面愈合,同时减少术后切口瘢痕及提升护理满意度。因此,湿润烧伤膏在分娩会阴侧切术后切口换药的护理应用中较有价值。Objective:To analyze the application value of MEBO in incision nursing after lateral episiotomy.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,90 parturients who received lateral episiotomy for natural delivery were selected and compared.The puerpera were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given iodophor dressing change nursing,while the observation group was given MEBO dressing change nursing.The swelling and pain of perineal incision,wound healing,incision scar 6 months after operation and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The incision swelling and pain,wound healing,incision scar 6 months after operation and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The study shows that the application of MEBO in dressing change nursing of perineal lateral incision can significantly reduce maternal incision swelling and pain,promote wound healing,reduce postoperative incision scar and improve nursing satisfaction.Therefore,MEBO is valuable in the nursing application of incision dressing change after lateral episiotomy.
