摘 要:为处理废水中的亚甲基蓝(MB),本文在NaOH/尿素水溶液中,将微晶纤维素(MCC)与氧化石墨烯(GO)复合,利用反相悬浮法制备出复合物微球(MCC/GO)。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)表征复合物证实MCC与GO成功复合,利用热重分析(TGA)表征后证实其具有良好的热稳定性。将其应用于吸附MB,研究了吸附时间和吸附剂用量对其吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明,MCC/GO用于吸附MB时,可在6 h达到吸附平衡;当吸附剂用量为30 mg时,吸附量达到最大值88.4 mg·g^(-1)。In order to treat methylene blue(MB) in wastewater, composite microspheres(MCC/GO) was prepared by compounding microcrystalline cellulose(MCC) and graphene oxide(GO) in NaOH/urea system via inverse suspension method. The sample was characterized using Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),which confirmed that MCC and GO were successfully combined. It is proved that it has good thermal stability by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The effects of adsorption time and adsorbent dosage on the adsorption performance of MB on MCC/GO were studied. The results showed that the adsorption equilibrium could be achieved within 6 h. When the dosage of adsorbent was 30 mg, the maximum adsorption capacity was 88.4 mg·g^(-1).
