摘 要:联苯骨架单膦配体在Buchwald-Hartwig反应中有着广泛的应用以及出色的催化性能,本文将烷基化修饰的二芳基膦联苯应用于该偶联反应中,仅在1 mol%催化量金属钯的催化下,成功实现了反应,并且成功优化出基于该膦配体的最佳催化体系,反应条件温和,底物范围宽广,官能团耐受性良好,以中等至优异的产率合成了一系列芳胺衍生物,证明了该配体在Buchwald-Hartwig反应中良好的催化性能。Biphenyl skeleton monophosphine ligands have a wide range of applications and excellent catalytic performance in the Buchwald-Hartwig reaction.In this paper, alkylated modified diarylphosphine biphenyls were used in this coupling reaction, and only 1 mol% catalyzed Under the catalysis of a large amount of metal palladium, the reaction was successfully realized, and the optimal catalytic system based on the phosphine ligand was successfully optimized. The reaction conditions are mild, the substrate range is wide, and the functional group tolerance is good. Synthesis in moderate to excellent yields A series of aromatic amine derivatives were obtained, demonstrating the good catalytic performance of this ligand in the Buchwald-Hartwig reaction.
