柔性铜基复合材料的制备与光催化性能分析

摘  要:光催化是一种理想的环境污染治理技术,近年来随着环境污染程度日趋严峻,新型光催化技术的研发受到越来越多的关注。在众多光催化材料中,可回收型光催化材料,因其可回收利用、无二次污染等特点而备受青睐。本文分别以黄铜网和紫铜网为基材,通过450℃下的热处理工艺,原位制备铜基复合结构。实验结果表明,450℃下煅烧2 h后,紫铜网表面由纳米片和垂直生长的纳米线构成,为Cu/Cu_(2)O/CuO三相复合结构,具有良好的光催化性能,氙灯照射11 h后,光催化降解率可以达到66.8%。Photocatalysis is an ideal environmental pollution control technology.In recent years,with the increasingly severe environmental pollution,the research and development of new photocatalytic technologies has received more and more attention.Among many photocatalytic materials,recyclable photocatalytic materials are favored because of their recyclability and no secondary pollution.In this paper,brass net and red copper net were used as substrates to prepare copper-based composite structures in situ through a heat treatment process at 450℃.After the calcination at 450℃for 2 h,surface of the copper mesh was composed of nanosheets and vertically grown nanowires,which was confirmed as Cu/Cu_(2)O/CuO three-phase composite structure.It had good photocatalytic performance.After 11 h of xenon lamp irradiation,the photocatalytic degradation rate can reach 66.8%.
