摘 要:本文采用较少摩尔比双酚芴{9,9-二[4-(2-羟乙氧基)苯基]芴,BPHF}与双酚A(BPA)共聚,通过熔融酯交换法制备共聚PC。结果表明,1H NMR表征结果显示产物为共聚物且共聚PC中含有双酚芴链节,DSC表征结果显示,随着BPHF含量的增加,所得共聚PC的Tg与HDT均呈上升趋势,并且产物有且只有一个Tg。此外,考察加入双酚芴进行共聚对聚碳酸酯光学性能(透光率、雾度)的影响,结果表明随着BPHF与BPA的摩尔比在0%~6%的范围内,其光学性能并无显著变化。In this paper, a small molar ratio of bisphenol fluorene {9,9-bis[4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)phenyl]fluorene, BPHF} was copolymerized with bisphenol A(BPA) to prepare copolymerized PC. The results show that the 1H NMR characterization results show that the product is a copolymer and the copolymerized PC contains bisphenol fluorene chain units. DSC characterization results showed that with the increase of BPHF content, both Tg and HDT of the obtained copolymerized PC showed an upward trend, and the product had one and only one Tg. In addition, the influence of adding bisphenol fluorene for copolymerization on the optical properties(light transmittance, haze) of polycarbonate was investigated no significant change.
