摘 要:针对水性油漆废水成分复杂且处理成本大的特点,采用“预处理-强化厌氧-好氧-缺氧”组合工艺对水性油漆废水进行处理,在厌氧工艺中通过添加活性炭以促进厌氧消化过程,同时探究了组合工艺不同因素该组合工艺对于废水中COD的去除效果,并分析相应的降解机理。研究表明,气浮+混凝的预处理方式可以将废水COD由61000 mg/L降至37840 mg/L,提高废水可生化性;活性炭的添加促进了厌氧工艺中特定菌群的生长,其中拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)和Patescibacteria菌群数量显著提升,废水中COD出水为1500 mg/L。经过厌氧+好氧+缺氧生化处理,废水的COD从原水的61000 mg/L降低至200 mg/L,达到排放标准。The “pretreatment-Strengthens anaerobic-anoxic” combined process was used to treat waterborne paint spraying wastewater for water-based paint waste water features of the complex composition and high processing cost. In the anaerobic process, activated carbon was added to promote the anaerobic digestion process. Meanwhile, the removal of COD in wastewater by the combined process under different factors was explored, and the corresponding degradation mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the pretreatment method of air flotation and coagulation can reduce the COD of wastewater from 61000 mg/L to 37840 mg/L, and improve the biodegradability of wastewater. The addition of activated carbon promoted the growth of specific bacteria in the anaerobic process, the number of Bacteroidetes and Patescibacteria increased significantly thus the COD effluent of wastewater can reach 1500 mg/L. Meanwhile, after anaerobic + aerobic + anoxic biochemical treatment, COD decreased from 61000 mg/L to 200 mg/L of influent, and treated wastewater reaches drain standards.
