摘 要:以某300 MW循环流化床锅炉机组电厂布袋除尘器在役滤袋为研究对象,对在役滤袋的性能进行了检测。通过滤袋工艺特性和理化特性检测结果发现,送检滤袋过滤效率仍能满足使用要求,但其经向断裂强力及透气性能均有明显下降,洁净滤料阻力及残余阻力显著升高,且现场运行环境恶劣,设备腐蚀严重,并有向糊袋发展迹象。结合现场实际运行状况,分析了滤袋阻力特性衰减的原因,为电厂组织开展脱硫除尘系统运行优化工作及滤袋更换工作提供了数据支持。In this study, the filter bag samples from a 300 MW coal-fired circulating fluidized power plant were tested. Through the results of process characteristics, morphological index, SEM, maximum force, air permeability and practical operating condition, the filter efficiency of the filter bag was still met operating requirement, but the maximum force and air permeability of the filter bag had been a significant decline, the differential pressure of the bag house rise obviously. The operating environment of system was bad and the facility of the bag house corroded seriously. This paper analyzed the factors that led to the reduction of the filter bag’s performance, and this work will provide data support for power plant to optimize the desulfuration and dust-collecting system operation and filter bag replacement schemes.
