摘 要:以黄腐酸钾(FA)为基体材料,丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为接枝单体,过硫酸钾(KPS)引发和N,’N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂的条件下,在水溶液中进行接枝聚合得到黄腐酸钾接枝丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺保水剂FA-g-AA-AM。该保水剂发挥了黄腐酸钾本身对提高土壤肥力的优势,同时具备保水功能。我们探究了引发剂和交联剂的添加量、丙烯酸中和度、单体的配比等反应条件对保水剂的性能影响。结果表明,交联剂添加量0.2w%、引发剂添加量3w%,在丙烯酸中和度为70%,丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺质量比2∶1的条件下得到的保水剂吸蒸馏水倍率为504 g/g,吸生理盐水的倍率达到了99 g/g,具有较好的保水效果。The water-retaining agent FA-g-AA-AM was prepared by using potassium humate(FA) as the matrix material, N,’N-methylenebisacrylamide(MBA)as the cross-linking agent, and potassium persulfate(KPS) initiating the graft polymerization of acrylic acid(AA) and acrylamide(AM) in aqueous solution. The water-retaining agent exerts the advantages of potassium humate in improving soil fertility, and has the function of water-retaining at the same time. We explored the effects of reaction conditions such as the addition amount of initiator and cross-linking agent, the degree of acrylic acid neutralization, and the ratio of monomers on the performance of the water-retaining agent. The results show that the water retention rate of the water retention agent obtained under the conditions of 0.2 w%crosslinking agent, 3 w% initiator addition, 70 % acrylic acid neutralization and 2∶1 acrylic acid/acrylamide mass ratio is 504 g/g, the suction rate of physiological saline reaches 99 g/g, which has a good water retention effect.
