摘　　要：利用聚合物、增塑剂、增粘树脂、抗氧剂、阻燃剂、硼酸锌单体接枝苯乙烯树脂、抑烟剂混合制成的阻燃热熔胶。选用硼酸锌单体接枝苯乙烯树脂是部分替换增粘树脂,其加入后,不但不影响剥离强度,而且还提升热熔胶的阻燃效果,因阻燃单体是接枝到聚苯乙烯树脂,所以其对于热熔胶的力学性能影响不大。制备的阻燃热熔胶具有较高的剥离力、较高的初粘力和对基材有良好的润湿性,同时还能通过UL-94阻燃性能测试,达到V-1阻燃等级。The flame retardant hot melt adhesive is made of polymer, plasticizer, tackifier resin, antioxidant, flame retardant, zinc borate monomer grafted styrene resin and smoke suppressant. The use of zinc borate monomer to graft styrene resin is a partial replacement for tackifier resin. After its addition, it not only does not affect the peel strength, but also improves the flame retardant effect of the hot melt adhesive. Because the flame retardant monomer is grafted to polystyrene resin, so it has little effect on the mechanical properties of hot melt adhesives. The prepared flame retardant hot melt adhesive has high peeling force, high initial tack and good wettability to the substrate, and at the same time, it can pass the UL-94 flame retardant performance test and reach the V-1 flame retardant grade.
