摘 要:荧光碳点因其具备优良的光学性质和低的细胞毒性而受到研究者的关注。然而多数关于碳点的研究都集中于其水溶液中的荧光,这是因为碳点和有机染料一样,会由于π-π堆积作用和过渡能量共振转移等原因,导致固态下荧光淬灭(ACQ效应)。本文通过两步法,成功制备了一种可以发射橙黄色荧光的固态荧光碳点复合物。研究表明,该碳点复合物成功的克服了ACQ效应,量子产率可达26%。鉴于其优良的固态荧光特性,该碳点复合物还被用于潜在指纹的快速识别,并表现出了良好的指纹显影效果。Fluorescent carbon dots have attracted the attention of researchers because of their excellent optical properties and low cytotoxicity. However, most of the studies on carbon dots have focused on fluorescence in their aqueous solutions, because carbon dots, like organic dyes, can result in fluorescence quenching in solid state(ACQ effect) due to π-π stacking and transition energy resonance transfer. In this paper, a novel solid-state fluorescent carbon dots composite which can emit orange-yellow fluorescence was successfully prepared by two steps. The study shows that the carbon dots composite successfully overcomes the ACQ effect and the quantum yield can reach 26 %. In view of its good solid fluorescence properties, the carbon dots composite is also used to quickly identify latent fingerprints(LFPs) with high definition and contrast under different conditions.
