摘  要:根据课题组的研究工作“席夫碱铋配合物的开发及应用”,设计了“异烟肼缩2-羟基-5-甲氧基水杨醛席夫碱铋配合物的制备”本科综合创新实验,引入本科实验教学。实验以异烟肼和2-羟基-5-甲氧基水杨醛为原料,首先生成异烟肼缩2-羟基-5-甲氧基水杨醛席夫碱(A),然后再与硝酸铋螯合,制备异烟肼缩2-羟基-5-甲氧基水杨醛席夫碱铋配合物(B),并通过红外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱对化合物的结构进行表征分析。实验内容体现多学科知识点的交叉融合和综合实验技能的训练,在激发学生的科学探究兴趣,培养锻炼学生的综合能力等方面具有积极的作用,实验安全,反应条件温和易控,现象明显,可用于模块化教学,也可以拆分成多个环节实验,适合不同学时的本科实验教学要求,可以进行教学推广。According to the research work “Development and biological activity study of Schiff-base bismuth complexes”, the undergraduate comprehensive innovation experiment “preparation of bismuth(Ⅲ) complex with Isoniazid-derived Schiff base” was designed. Schiff base {N-(2-hydroxy-5-methoxybenzylidene)isonicotinohydrazide} has been synthesized by reaction of isoniazid and 2-hydroxy-5-methoxy salicylicaldehyde. A new bismuth(Ⅲ) Schiff base complex was prepared by using equivalent molar of Schiff base and Bi(NO)·5HO with the assistance of Mannitol. The complex was structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and spectral techniques(FT-IR, NMR and MS). The experimental design reflects the cross integration of multi-disciplinary knowledge points and the training of comprehensive experimental skills, which helps students broaden their horizons, stimulate their interest in scientific research, cultivate their scientific literacy and cultivate their innovation ability. The experiment is safe, the reaction conditions are mild and easy to control, and the phenomenon is obvious. It can be designed as a multi-link experiment, or divided into several module experiments. It is suitable for different undergraduate experimental teaching requirements, and worthy of promotion.
