摘 要:本文通过人体试验(n≥24)测试化妆品常见保湿剂在较低浓度下原料本身的保湿效果,为化妆品保湿配方开发提供基础数据支撑。研究发现,在分别涂抹样品2%二丙二醇、2%丁二醇、2%甘油聚醚-26、2%羟乙基脲、2%PEG-400或2%甘油2 h或4 h后皮肤水分含量均值提升22.37%~40.52%,与2 h或4 h后空白组水含量均值提升16.69%~18.83%相比具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。在分别涂抹样品0.1%透明质酸钠、0.5%海藻糖、1%SH-88、0.5%糖类同分异构体、0.5%甘油葡萄糖苷、0.5%D-泛醇或0.5%甜菜碱2 h或4 h后皮肤水分含量均值提升8.85%-17.05%,与2 h或4 h后空白组水含量均值提升2.29%~7.51%相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。In this paper, human body test(n≥24) was conducted to test the moisturizing effect of common cosmetics moisturizers at a lower concentration,providing basic data support for the development of cosmetics moisturizing formula. It was found that the average skin moisture content increased by 22.37 % to 40.52 % after 2 % dipropylene glycol, 2 % butanediol, 2 % glycerol polyether-26, 2 % hydroxyethyl urea, 2 % PEG-400 or 2 % glycerol were applied for 2 h or 4 h,which was significantly different from that of the blank group which increased by 16.69 %~18.83 % after 2 h or 4 h(P<0.01). After applying 0.1 % sodium hyaluronate, 0.5 % trehalose, 1 % SH-88, 0.5 % sugar isomer, 0.5 % glycerol glucoside, 0.5 % D-panthenol or 0.5 % betaine for 2 h or 4 h, the mean skin moisture content increased by 8.85 %~17.05 %, which was significantly different from that of the blank group which increased by 2.29 %~7.51 % after 2 h or 4 h(P<0.05).
