摘 要:随着我国对环境保护的日益重视,各类污染物排放要求也不断提高。某汽车零件涂装厂由于现有废水处理设备处理出水无法完全满足现阶段排放标准,需要进行改造,提高处理效率。该企业排放的涂装废水水质组成复杂、有机物含量高、可生化性较差,处理难度较高。对废水进行小试后,确定采用分质预处理+Fenton+BAF的组合工艺处理该废水,运行结果表明,该组合工艺对涂装废水有较高的处理效果,出水水质稳定达标,具有较好的抗冲击负荷能力,且占地面积较小、设备高度自动化,该工程对类似的涂装废水处理可提供设计参考。With the increasing emphasis on environmental protection in China, the discharge requirements of various pollutants are also increasing. As the effluent from the existing wastewater treatment equipment in an automobile parts painting factory can’t fully meet the current emission standards, it needs to be reformed to improve the treatment efficiency. The coating wastewater discharged by this enterprise has complex water quality, high organic content, poor biodegradability and high difficulty in treatment. After a small-scale test, it is determined that the combined process of quality pretreatment +Fenton+BAF is adopted to treat the wastewater. The running results show that the combined process has a high treatment effect on the coating wastewater, the effluent quality is stable and up to standard, and it has a good impact load resistance, with a small floor area and high automation of equipment. This project can provide a design reference for similar coating wastewater treatment.
