摘  要:为快速培养优质的好氧颗粒污泥(AGS),本研究选取三种性质差异较大的生物炭为载体培养AGS,探究生物炭性质和富集的微生物菌属对AGS形成的影响及其特性。结果表明,添加生物炭可有效缩短AGS的形成时间,R1、R2和R3比R0分别提前5、2和3 d出现颗粒,且AGS占比提高了27.38%、10.68%和3.07%。生物炭可富集更多的EPS分泌菌和有机物降解菌,诱导形成更致密的AGS。生物炭O/C、(O+N)/C与颗粒污泥占比存在显著正相关;Zeta电位越小,内酯基含量越低,AGS的形成时间越早,且颗粒污泥沉降性越好,有助于反应器稳定运行。Three kinds of biochar with different properties were selected as carriers for rapidly cultivating high-quality aerobic granular sludge(AGS). The effects of biochar properties and enriched microbial genera on the formation of AGS and their characteristics were investigated in this study. The results showed that the addition of biochar could effectively shorten the AGS formation time, which in R1, R2 and R3 were 5, 2 and 3 days earlier than R0, respectively. And the proportion of AGS in R1, R2 and R3 increased by 27.38 %, 10.68 % and 3.07 % than R0. Biochar enriched more EPS-secreting bacteria and organic-degrading bacteria, causing the AGS induced by biochar more compact and resistant. The O/C and(O+N)/C of biochar were positively correlated with the proportion of granular sludge. The small Zeta potential and low lactone content shortened the AGS formation time, and enhanced the settling property of AGS, which was conducive to stable operation of SBR.
