摘　　要：本文详细介绍了某连续重整装置三反上部料斗料位骤降发生的过程,确定料位骤降的原因是由于反应器内催化剂跑剂,导致料斗内催化剂被拉空,并详细说明了跑剂现象发生的原因及处理措施,最后总结事件的经验,并给出生产期间的工艺预防措施。This paper introduces in detail a continuous reforming unit three-mirror upper hopper material level in the process, determine the cause of the material level drop is due to the catalyst in the reactor to run agent, results in a catalyst in the hopper is empty, and details the agent phenomenon causes and treatment measures, finally summarizes experience of events, and during the production process by preventive measures is given.
