摘 要:针对陶瓷原料在振动流化床干燥过程中气固两相流动特性复杂且难于测量的问题,基于CFD方法构建陶瓷原料干燥过程模型,采用Eulerian-Eulerian方程描述干燥过程中陶瓷原料与热空气两相流动特性,并通过有限体积法对该模型进行求解。同时,通过用户自定义函数(UDF)编程引入振动作用,重点分析了振动频率、进口热空气速度对干燥室内陶瓷原料流动特性的影响。模拟结果表明,当振动频率f=15 Hz、进口热空气速度v=1.0 m/s时,陶瓷原料流化质量最佳且分布较均匀。It is a problem that the gas-solid two-phase flow characteristic in the vibrating fluidized bed for ceramic raw materials is complex and difficult to measure during the drying process.Therefore,a model of the drying process of ceramic raw materials was constructed based on the CFD method,then the two-phase flow characteristics of ceramic raw materials and hot air in the drying process was described by the Euler-Eulerian equation,and was solved by the finite volume method.At the same time,vibration effects are introduced through user-defined function (UDF) programming,then the effects of vibration frequency and velocity of inlet hot air on the flow characteristics in the drying chamber for ceramic raw materials were analyzed.The simulation results show that when the vibration frequency f=15 Hz and the velocity of inlet hot air v=1.0 m/s,the fluidization quality of ceramic raw materials is the best and the distribution is more uniform.
