摘  要:为研究城市轨道交通全自动运行新技术的下多职能岗位复合方法,以运营岗位群为基点,从“业务知识”“岗位能力”与“职业素养与心理素质”等3个维度构建了岗位复杂网络指标体系,在此基础上采用耦合协调模型对加权网络进行定量分析,计算出耦合协调相关性矩阵,并提出了最大生成树改进权矩阵算法对相关矩阵进行模糊聚类分析,对λ处于不同的截面水平完成岗位的划分与复合,形成多职能岗位.同时,以全国50市已运营的城市轨道交通运营技术岗位进行实例分析.通过MATLAB2021b运行仿真,结果表明:当λ处于0.52水平值时,复合结果与国内全自动运营模式走在前列的上海申通地铁和成都地铁多职能岗位设置一致,验证了该方法的有效性,这也进一步为我国城市轨道交通全面迈入全自动运行时代岗位设置与人才培养提供了一种新的决策方法 .In order to study the multi-functional post composition method under the new technology of fully automatic operation for urban rail transit,based on the operation post group,the post complex network index system is constructed from the three dimensions of“business knowledge”,“job ability”and“professional quality and psychological quality”. On this basis,the coupling coordination model is used to quantitatively analyze the weighted network and calculate the coupling coordination correlation matrix,the maximum spanning tree improved weight matrix algorithm is proposed to perform fuzzy cluster analysis on the correlation matrix,and complete the division and composition of posts at different cross-section levels to form multi-functional posts. At the same time,an example analysis is made on the urban rail transit operation technical posts that have been operated in 50 cities in the mainland of China. Through MATLAB2021b running simulation, the results show that:when λ at 0.52 level value,composite results and domestic automatic operation mode of Shanghai shentong metro and Chengdu metro multiple function job setting,verify the effectiveness of the method,which also further for our country urban rail transit into the automatic operation era post setting and talent training provides a new decision-making method.
