摘　　要：学术期刊编辑的眼力是编辑对论文进行价值评估的独具慧眼的识别力和判断力.编辑的眼力要识别判断问题的价值,就是要识别判断问题在学科领域的知识体系中所处的地位及其重要性.编辑可从好的选题和好的创新、好的结构和好的论证、好的语言和好的规范等方面对文章价值进行判断.The discernment of the academic journal editor is the unique discernment and judgment of the editors to evaluate the value of papers.This capability means to find the status and importance of the research questions in the knowledge system of the subject field.Editor can judge the value of articles from good topic selection and good innovation,good structure and good argument,good language and good norms and so on.
