摘　　要：为梳理中国海洋经济效率研究脉络,基于中国知网(CNKI)数据库对海洋经济效率研究相关文献进行了阶段性梳理。结果表明:(1)自海洋经济效率概念提出以来,其理论内涵逐步从“经济效益”向“经济-生态”效益再向“经济-生态-社会”效益转变。(2)中国海洋经济效率研究热点呈现出与国家政策导向和社会发展需求紧密相关的阶段性特征,研究内容多是围绕海洋经济效率、海洋产业、海洋渔业、海洋科技、海洋生态效率、影响因素等关键词展开,研究视角逐步由宏观转向微观。(3)研究范式由表征性研究向内涵式挖掘转变,研究方法从单一比值向复合模型模拟过渡,研究对象则由单纯效率测度向效率驱动机制延伸,并呈现出显著的学科交叉性特征。(4)当前海洋经济效率研究仍局限于对实际经验的总结和对国外理论的检验,在突显社会效益、重视新兴领域与微观尺度研究、增强对策建议适用性、强化效率研究的数字赋能等方面仍是未来的研究重点。In order to sort out the research context of marine economic efficiency in China, this paper periodically combs the relevant literature of marine economic efficiency based on the database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI). The results show that:(1)Since the concept of marine economic efficiency was put forward, its theoretical connotation has undergone a deepening evolution from "economic benefit" to "economic-ecological benefit" and then to "economic-ecological-social benefit".(2) The research hot spots of China’s marine economic efficiency showed phased characteristics closely related to national policy orientation and social development needs, and the research content mainly focused on the "marine economic efficiency", "marine industry", "marine fisheries", "marine science and technology", "marine ecological efficiency", "impact factor" and other keywords, and the research perspective has gradually changed from macro to micro.(3)The research paradigm has changed from representational research to connotative mining, the research method has changed from single ratio to composite model simulation, and the research object has extended from simple efficiency measure to efficiency driving mechanism, showing significant interdisciplinary characteristics.(4)The current research on marine economic efficiency is still limited to the summary of practical experience and the test of foreign theories. The future research will focus on highlighting social benefits, attaching importance to emerging fields and micro-scale research, enhancing the applicability of countermeasures and suggestions, and strengthening the digital empowerment of efficiency research.
