摘 要:目的 研究止泻木子的化学成分。方法 用渗漉法、色谱法提取分离止泻木子化学成分,通过理化性质和现代波谱技术分析鉴定其结构。结果 从止泻木子中分离鉴定了11个单体化合物,分别是羽扇豆醇乙酸酯(1),羽扇豆醇硬脂酸酯(2),羽扇豆醇棕榈酸酯(3),α-香树脂酮(4),α-香树醇乙酸酯(5),α-香树醇棕榈酸酯(6),β-谷甾醇棕榈酸酯(7),5-methyl-5H-pyrido[4,3-b]indole (8),(Z)-10-eicosenoic acid(9),十七碳酸甲酯(10),邻苯二甲酸二正戊酯(11)。结论 化合物1~11均为首次从止泻木子中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents in Semen holarrhenae dichloromethane fraction.Methods The percolation method was used to extract and separate the chemical components. The structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Results 11 compounds were isolated from Semen holarrhenae and the structures were identified as lupeolacetate(1), lupeolstearate(2), lupenylpalmitate(3), α-amyrenone(4), α-amyrinacetate(5), 3β-palmitoyl-α-amyrin(6), β-sitosterolpalmitate(7), 5-methyl-5H-pyrido[4,3-b]indole(8),(Z)-10-eicosenoicacid(9), methylheptadecanoate(10), and dipentylphthalate(11).Conclusion Compounds 1-11 were isolated from Semen holarrhenae for the first time.
